I regret having to do this, but as a result of other agents "borrowing" my website's information, design and content it has become necessary for me to aggressively protect that content by allowing my attorney to file claim against anyone who infringes upon my copyrighted materials.

I have invested considerable capital and more than 200 hours developing this website and I continue to research and add content to it on a daily basis.  It is unfortunate that agents, many of them in my own backyard, feel they have the right to steal my material.

I have therefore hired an attorney well versed in copyright law who will protect my copyright and trademarks and bring suit against any violators.  You do NOT want to earn his attention, so please . . . develop your own product and leave mine where you found it - on my website - or accept risk of prosecution.
