Announcing:
"THE GREAT SEGWAY GIVEAWAY!"

Coldwell Banker and Segway

You know these international brands.
Residential Home Sales and Personal Transportation.
They each help people move . . . in different ways.

And now, I'd personally like to move you in a way
no other REALTOR
® would even dare consider.

I want to give you a Segway.

Now, for a limited time, I am pleased to offer qualified sellers who list their homes with me a FREE Segway Personal Transporter when their home closes.  Not just a "bottle of wine" or a gift certificate for "dinner-for-two"...a Segway!  To see if you qualify for this incredible offering, simply contact me to set up an appointment to sit down together and go over the details.  This is NOT a Coldwell Banker offering - It is an independent offering from me to my clients and it is valued at more than $5,000.00.

As a Segway owner myself, I can tell you that it is the perfect synthesis of form, function and fun.  You're gliding on air, above the crowd with a clear view of everything ahead.  At the same time, you're with the crowd in perfect sync.  No obstacles.  No barriers.  You find yourself traveling further and seeing more.  Go fast.  Go slow.  Go anywhere.  This is how you envisioned travel sometime in the future.  But this isn't tomorrow.  It's today, and it's only available for my clients.

So if you are considering a move, allow me to interview for the position as your professional REALTOR® and I'll share with you my, and Coldwell Banker's, most advanced and comprehensive marketing plans, processes and systems...all designed to help you sell your home for the most money in the least time.  And then, when your home sells, I'll give you a brand new Segway PT as an expression of my appreciation.

Call me and let's meet.  (I can bring along my Segway and you can try it out.)

Best Regards,

Jay Burnham, VP

MORE ABOUT THE SEGWAY PT:

Serious transportation?  Yes.  Fun?  Absolutely.

Like any invention that is ahead of its time, the Segway Personal Transporter (PT) is often misunderstood.  The gleeful smiles of Segway PT riders may have created an impression that this is... well... a toy.  But make no mistake.  While a Segway PT is incredibly fun to drive, it is serious transportation designed for today's world.

You can go for miles and miles.

The Segway PT can take you places a car or a bicycle can't - including inside many stores, office buildings, businesses, airports, elevators, and trains.  Although they're ideal for short jaunts of 5 miles or less, Segway PTs can travel as far as 24 miles on a single battery charge, depending on terrain, payload and riding style.

It doesn't replace walking.  It replaces everything else.

Ride a Segway PT and revel in the joys of being active while you leave the hassles of cars and mass transportation behind.  Travel on sidewalks and paths, side-by-side with friends on foot, and carry on a comfortable conversation.  Move easily through crowds without invading others' personal space.  While you glide along in harmony with those around you, you'll also be at peace with the environment thanks to the Segway PT's zero emissions and zero need for gas.  Energy usage-wise, it's the equivalent of getting 450 miles to the gallon!

Suddenly, thought and action are one.

Stand on a Segway PT and it remains stationary and upright, balancing you perfectly.  Shift your weight forward, backward, left, or right, and LeanSteer technology immediately sends you gliding in the precise direction you want to go, exactly at the speed you want to move.  Straighten up and you gently stop.  Segway engineers call it "closed-loop dynamic stability control."  You'll call it magic.

Natural momentum.

A Segway PT quickly feels like an extension of your own body, making it easy for you to remain confident, comfortable, and in control - even when its transporting you at speeds of up to 12.5 mph, or about the pace of a brisk run.  How long does it take to "become one" with a Segway PT?  For most people, it's a matter of minutes.  For some, even less.

Move.  Be moved.

On a Segway PT, your routine is no longer routine.  The everyday activities of life become the experiences worth savoring, and you'll see that familiar stretch between Point A and Point B in a whole new light.  Step up to a Segway PT and you will be transported - in more ways than one.

Notable Quotes:

"Jay, this is genius!  You have managed to combine a conversation starter with innovative marketing and wrapped it all up in an eco-friendly package.  I hope you give away so many that Segway adds another production shift. Only wish I lived in your area so I could snag one, too."

"That is the coolest thing I have seen in my whole life!"

        "Can I try it?... Please!"

"I wish we had waited to sell our home through you."

        "I love it!"

        "I want one!"

        "How cool is that!?"

        "Awesome!"

"You're giving them away?!  I've never heard of such a remarkable offer!"

"Are other real estate agents doing it?"  (Answer: NO!)

"What a great marketing idea and useful. I may let you sell my home just to get a Segway!"

        "Great gift!!!!!"

"I'm assuming you're not interested in homes in the Phoenix, AZ, area as it would be a little complicated for you to show such a home, what with youy being a few thousand miles away and all.  Dammit.

"Everybody should have one of those!"  (Well... Now, many people can.)

Check Out The Segway Movie...

This film will make you quit your job. Well maybe not right away, but you'll mull it over after you've watched it. Life is now and Josh Caldwell and Hunter Weeks illustrate the importance of seizing the moment when they quit their comfy corporate gigs and hit the road to pursue their dreams. Josh rode a Segway from Seattle to Boston, while Hunter directed this soul-searching documentary.
