Jay Burnham, Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Beverly, Massachusetts was the first Massachusetts North Shore agent to have earned the Coldwell Banker Previews^® International Property Specialist designation.  Only 5 percent of more than 110,000 Coldwell Banker Sales Associates have been awarded this designation.

In addition to demanding performance criteria based on successfully selling luxury properties, Burnham completed a prescribed certification course to earn the Previews Property Specialist designation.
